Counselling Therapy
Counselling gives you the chance to find and explore your problem with an experienced therapist. It’s ideally suited for someone who wants to understand both themselves and the issues that most affect them in a safe, supportive and healing environment. When we have this space to explore ourselves with another human being in a confidential safe environment, we feel understood and heard and we can then begin to make sense of our problems and past, and begin to heal.

Responsive Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is more dynamic and proactive than counselling as it’s much more results focussed and we do change work in the actual session. By going straight to the unconscious mind we don’t need to explore the problem or issue in too much depth to get you the outcomes you desire. I use Responsive Hypnotherapy, a new advanced form of hypnotherapy which gets fast results and puts the focus on “you” making the inner change work. There are no side effects and the techniques I use can help release on-going or even lifelong issues if you are committed to the treatment and to achieving wellness.

I’m a big believer in the power of nature to play an important role in therapy, and that’s why I prefer to work out of my beautiful, private wood cabin in my secluded garden. The Therapy Cabin is private, airy and designed to make you feel both comfortable and beautifully relaxed.
