How Counselling Can help
Counselling offers a space to explore what’s troubling you with the support of an experienced therapist. It’s especially helpful if you want to understand yourself and the challenges you're facing in a safe, non-judgmental environment. When we feel truly heard and understood, we can begin to make sense of our experiences, heal from the past, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute phone consultation to help you decide if therapy is right for you.
You might be seeking support for one or more of the following:

What to expect at your first session
I believe deeply in the healing power of nature, which is why I work from a beautiful, private wood cabin in my secluded garden. The Therapy Cabin is quiet, airy, and designed to help you feel comfortable, calm, and at ease. It’s a peaceful space to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with yourself.
There’s off-street parking available, and the cabin is air-conditioned or heated for your comfort all year-round.
I’m a compassionate and caring practitioner, and I treat everyone with the utmost confidentiality and respect. My work is very much client lead and tailored to your individual needs and expectations. If you’d like to know more or talk through whether counselling is right for you, I warmly invite you to get in touch.

Stress and Anxiety how counselling helps
We all know what stress feels like. That overwhelming pressure in your chest, the racing mind, the feeling that you're carrying more than you can handle. It doesn’t discriminate. Stress can affect anyone—regardless of age, background, or circumstance.
Counselling for Emotional Confidence and Self-Esteem
Counselling For Emotional Confidence focuses on letting go of trauma and abuse from old wounds, most commonly formed when you were young. When people lack a strong sense of emotional confidence, it holds you back from living a happy and fulfilling life.
Couples Counselling Therapy
Couples therapy is a safe and supportive space where both of you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through the challenges in your relationship.
Counselling
Counselling offers insight into difficulties that may have arisen from the past and it recognises how these difficulties may still affect you in the here and now. The main focus of counselling is helping you to understand your processes and explore your issue, your feelings and emotions.
